Client based in Madison, Wisconsin part of $ Billion medical equipment company supplying cloud-connected devices used in the treatment of sleep apnea, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and various other respiratory conditions. Client is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)​

Impact Overview:



• We worked with a partner in AI driven Test Automation and Quality Assurance to help the customer in identifying GAPs in their current engineering ecosystem. ​
• Based on series of Interviews conducted across different teams, we designed a transformation roadmap revolved around different areas of engineering maturity. ​
• Our QA team and principal Agile Consultant reviewed various processes, tools and engineering outputs to project a digital transformation roadmap for empowering QA organization with right tools and processes.
