Taliun Privacy Policy  

Introduction 


Taliun is committed to protecting the privacy of your information. This Privacy Statement describes Taliun's ("we", "our " or "the Company") privacy practices with respect to information collected from users who access our website at https://www.taliun.com/ or any website owned, operated, licensed or controlled by us("Site"), or otherwise share personal information with us (collectively: " Users"). 


SCOPE


TALIUN is an IT Managed Service Provider and Software Development Team, working with sensitive information on the daily basis. This data must have an adequate safeguard in place to protect it, to ensure compliance with various regulations and to guard the future of the TALIUN organization and its clients. The Company commits to respect the privacy of all its customers and to protect any data about customers outside of their premises. The Company has adopted a data protection Policy which creates a common core of values, policies and procedures intended to achieve nearly universal compliance, supplemented with alternative or additional policies or implementation procedures applicable in those jurisdictions with unique requirements.


This Policy applies to all TALIUN full and part time employees, contractors, joint venture employees, and all suppliers and vendors who receive Sensitive Data from TALIUN regardless of geographic location.



Acceptance of Privacy Policy 


By using the Site, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean that you accept those changes. 

 


1. Information Collected 


Taliun offers a variety of applications and services that are collectively referred to as the “Services”. Taliun collects information from individuals who visit Taliun’s web sites (“Taliun's, Visitors”) and any web site where Taliun's product(s) are installed (“Customer Web Site Visitors”) and individuals who register to use the Services (“Customers”). 


When expressing an interest in obtaining additional information about the Services or registering to use the Services, Taliun requires you to provide Taliun with contact information, such as name, company name, address, phone number, and email address (“Required Contact Information”). When purchasing the Services, Taliun may require you to provide Taliun with billing information, such as billing name and address, credit card number, and the number of employees within the organization that will be using the Services (“Billing Information”). Taliun may also ask you to provide additional information, such as company annual revenues, number of employees, or industry (“Optional Information”). Required Contact Information, Billing Information, and Optional Information are referred to collectively as “Data About Taliun’s Customers.” 


As you navigate Taliun’s web site or a web site of Taliun’s Customers, Taliun may collect information through the use of commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies (“Web Site Navigational Information”). Web Site Navigational Information includes, but is not limited to, standard information from your web browser (such as browser type and browser language), your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, and the actions you take on Taliun’s web site or a web site of Taliun’s Customers (such as the Web pages viewed and the links clicked). 


We do not knowingly collect personally identifying information from anyone under the age of 13. 



2. Use of Information Collected 


Taliun uses data about Taliun Customers to perform the services requested. For example, if you fill out a “Contact Us” web form, Taliun will use the information provided to contact you about your interest in the Services. 


Taliun may also use data about Taliun customers for marketing purposes. For example, Taliun may use information you provide to contact you to further discuss your interest in the services and to send you information regarding Taliun and its partners, such as information about promotions or events. 


 

We do not rent, sell, or share Users’ information with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy. 


Taliun does not store any credit card information on Taliun's server. However Taliun may leverage third party payment services, which may use credit card information solely to check the financial qualifications of prospective Customers and to collect payment for the Services. 

 

Taliun uses Web Site Navigational Information, gathered from its own website, to operate and improve Taliun’s Web site and for advertising purposes. 


Taliun will not own or use information collected from Customer Web Site Visitors, except to better the Taliun product(s) and/or to fix any bugs in a product(s). The information collected from Customer Web Site Visitors will be solely owned and used by Customer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Taliun may use and analyze the information collected from Customer Web Site Visitors in order to improve its product(s) and/or to fix any bugs in a product(s). 



3. Web Site Navigational Information 


Taliun uses commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and Web beacons, to collect Web Site Navigational Information. This section describes how Web Site Navigational Information is gathered. 


Cookies 


Taliun uses cookies to make interactions with Taliun and Customers’ Web sites easy and meaningful. When you visit Taliun and/or Customers’ Web sites, Taliun’s servers send a cookie to your computer. Standing alone, cookies do not personally identify you. They merely recognize your Web browser. 


Taliun uses cookies that are mostly session-based. Session cookies exist only during one session. They disappear from your computer when you close your browser software or turn off your computer. Some cookies last longer, such as those used in connection with interest-based advertising, which is described below. 


IP Addresses 


When you visit Taliun’s and/or Customers’ Web sites, Taliun’s collects your Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses to track and aggregate information. For example, Taliun uses IP addresses to monitor navigation of the Web site. 


Web Site Navigational Information and similar data about your visits to our site is also being collected to provide advertising tailored to your individual interests. For example, through “remarketing” programs, ad networks and related entities use cookies and similar technology to provide our advertisements to our visitors when they are on participating third-party websites. You may choose whether to have your information collected for this purpose. 4. Sharing of Information Collected 


Taliun will solely own, but not share Data About Taliun Customers. As stated in Section 2 of this Privacy Policy, Taliun reserves the right to use or disclose information gathered/provided on from Taliun Visitors and/or Customer Web Site Visitors if required by law or if Taliun reasonably believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect Taliun’s rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process. 



Disclosures to Third Parties Assisting In Our Operations: Taliun, may share your Personal Information under confidentiality agreements with other companies that work with, or on behalf of, Taliun to provide products and services. These companies may use your Personal Information to assist Taliun in its operations. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information. 

 

Business Transfers:  We may share your Personal Information with other business entities in connection with the sale, assignment, merger or other transfer of all or a portion of Taliun’s business to such business entity.  We will require any such successor business entity to honor the terms of this Privacy Policy. 


 


5. Customer Data 


Taliun uses robust security measures to protect Customer Data from unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and help ensure the appropriate use of Customer Data. We employ industry standard procedures and policies aligned with regulatory requirements like HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001 and more to ensure the safety of the information we collect and retain, and prevent unauthorized use of any such information, and we require any third party to comply with similar security requirements, in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 


Although we take reasonable steps to safeguard information as per legal and regulatory requirements, we cannot be responsible for the acts of those who gain unauthorized access or abuse our Site, and we make no warranty, express, implied or otherwise, that we will prevent such access. 

 


6. Retention 


We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. Retention periods will be determined taking into account the type of information that is collected and the purpose for which it is collected, bearing in mind the requirements applicable to the situation and the need to destroy outdated, unused information at the earliest reasonable time. Under applicable regulations, we will keep records containing client personal data, account opening documents, communications and anything else as required by applicable laws and regulations. 


We may rectify, replenish or remove incomplete or inaccurate information, at any time and at our own discretion. 

 


7. Children's Privacy Protection 


Under Age 13 


Taliun understands the importance of protecting children's privacy in the interactive online world. The Site is not designed for, or intentionally targeted at, children under 13 years of age. It is not our policy to intentionally collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 13.  No one under the age of 13 should submit any Personal Information to Taliun or the Site. 


Under Age 18 


Minors under 18 years of age may have the Personal Information that they have provided to Taliun through the Site deleted by sending an email to info@Taliuncom requesting deletion.  Please note that, while we make reasonable efforts to comply with such requests, deletion of your personal information does not ensure complete and comprehensive removal of that data from all systems. 


8. Advertisement 


We may use a third-party advertising technology to serve advertisements when you access the Site. This technology uses your information with regards to your use of the Services to serve advertisements to you (e.g., by placing third-party cookies on your web browser).

We may use your Personal Information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, etc. ourselves or by using our third party subcontractors for the purpose of providing you with promotional materials, concerning our services, which we believe may interest you. 


Out of respect to your right to privacy we provide you within such marketing materials with means to decline receiving further marketing offers from us. If you unsubscribe we will remove your email address or telephone number from our marketing distribution lists. 


Please note that even if you have unsubscribed from receiving marketing emails from us, we may send you other types of important e-mail communications without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them. These may include customer service announcements or administrative notices.

12. Corporate transaction


We may share information in the event of a corporate transaction (e.g. sale of a substantial part of our business, merger, consolidation or asset sale). In the event of the above, the transferee or acquiring company will assume the rights and obligations as described in this Privacy Policy.


13. COLLECTION OF DATA


TALIUN collect data from clients, customers, business contacts, partners, social, contractors and other individuals. Such data may be provided to us in forms filled out by individuals, face to face meetings, email messages, telephone conversations, through our websites or provided by third parties. TALIUN collect these data when it is necessary for business purposes or to meet the purposes for which you have submitted the information. We will only collect, hold, process, use, communicate and/or disclose such data, in accordance with this policy. For the purposes of enforcing retention in accordance with this policy each function is responsible for the Documents it creates, uses, stores, processes and destroys.


14. USE OF DATA COLLECTED


TALIUN use data for the following purposes:


  • To provide our services
  • To respond to the individual’s request or for the purposes for which it was provided to us as stated at the time of the collection
  • To maintain contact with clients and other contacts
  • To keep clients and other contacts informed of the services we offer, industry developments service offerings, seminars and other events we are holding, that may be of interest to them
  • For general management and reporting purposes, such as invoicing and account management
  • For purposes related to the employment of our personnel and providing internal services to our personnel
  • All other purposes related to our business.


You may choose to unsubscribe from mailing lists, registrations, or elect not to receive further marketing information from us by contacting our Data Protection Officer, or if we have contacted you by email, you may use the unsubscribe function in that email to notify us.


15. DISCLOSURE OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES


TALIUN do not disclose any data to third parties except when required by law, when we have your consent or deemed consent or in cases where we have engaged the third party such as data intermediaries or subcontractors specifically to assist with our firm’s activities. Any such third parties whom we engage will be bound contractually to keep all information confidential.


16. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT


Upon reasonable notice being given by the entity of their withdrawal of any consent given or deemed to have been given in respect of our collection, use or disclosure of their data, TALIUN will inform the entity of the likely consequences of withdrawing. TALIUN will cease (and cause any of our data intermediaries and agents to cease) collecting, using or disclosing the data unless it is required or authorised under applicable laws.


17. ACCURACY OF PERSONAL DATA


TALIUN always make a reasonable effort to ensure that data collected by us or on our behalf is accurate and complete.


18. SECURITY AND PROTECTION OF DATA


TALIUN have implemented generally accepted standards of technology and operational security to protect the data in our possession or under our control and to prevent unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. All TALIUN personnel follow a network-wide security policy. Only authorised TALIUN personnel are provided access to identifiable information and these personnel have agreed to ensure confidentiality of this information. TALIUN’s policy is to use secure socket layer technology for the protection of client’s, employees, partners and vendors submitted through web forms.


19. DATA PROTECTION OFFICER


If you believe that information TALIUN holds about your entity is incorrect or out of date, or if you have concerns or further queries about how TALIUN handling your data, or any problem or complaint about such matters, please contact office of CISO, at ciso.office@taliun.com.

TALIUN reserve the right to modify or amend this Policy at any time. The effective date will be displayed at the beginning of this Policy. To keep you informed, TALIUN will notify changes to this Policy on our home page.

21. Updates or amendments to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to periodically amend or revise the Privacy Policy; material changes will be effective immediately upon the display of the revised Privacy policy. The last revision will be reflected in the "Last modified" section. Your continued use of the Platform, following the notification of such amendments on our website, constitutes your acknowledgment and consent of such amendments to the Privacy Policy and your agreement to be bound by the terms of such amendments.
